Experience:  
San Diego State University Assistant S&C (Jan. 2024-Present) Football & Paralympic Sports 
·         Assist in the development of global periodization, injury reduction, and executing a program with Division 1 Football. 
·         Create and implement the Technical Model of Speed coaching, oversee video analysis of sprint biomechanics, and execute periodization of training variables. 
·         Promoted intercollegiate athletics and promoted compliance with Division 1 NCAA rules, regulations, and standards.

·         Responsible for the development and oversight of a systematic exercise prescription training program to maximize the sports performance of teams and individual student-athletes for each sport.

·         Developed Olympic, professional, and collegiate-level athletes’ physical abilities in the weight room through periodized strength training and speed coaching while keeping sports performance a priority. 
·         Experience conducting/analyzing sports performance testing, speed coaching, and periodized strength programs developing physical potential for respective sport/competition.  
·         Served as the liaison for establishing partnerships such as: Meal Prep companies, PowerDot (recovery modality), Herbalife (supplements), Whitfield Athletics, and Maxim Athletics. 
·         Teach the importance of nutrition and the foundations of recovery and how athletes can implement recovery strategies.

Spellman Performance: NFL Combine Human Performance Internship (Dec. 2016- Apr 2017) – San Diego, CA 
·         Assisted in the development of collegiate athletes preparing for NFL combine or Collegiate Pro Day testing.  
·         Coached youth, collegiate, and professional athletes through consulting/advising, periodized strength and conditioning programming, nutrition coaching, position drills, recovery, and all aspects of performance.  
·         I conducted initial performance testing and evaluations for collegiate athletes preparing for the NFL combine. I also assisted in off-season strength and speed training for the NFL and US Olympic Rugby.  
·         Host camps and skills training for youth and high school athletes.
